For Verizon customers only, any eligible participant who purchased or leased a new Samsung Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge between 8/3/16 and 9/5/16. Customers purchasing from Best Buy retail locations (including online) will be subject to separate terms and conditions outlined by the respective retailer for point of sale redemption and are therefore not eligible for redemption in this Offer. I bought a Samsung non-qualifying device, am I eligible for this Offer?
No, only purchases of a new Samsung Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge devices qualify.
Can I submit my purchase for another Samsung Offer?
No, this Offer may not be combined with any other Samsung, Carrier or National Retailer offers, rebates or discounts.
What gift will I receive with a new Samsung Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge purchase in this Offer?
You can choose between a Samsung 256GB microSD EVO+ memory card (estimated value $249.99) or Gear Fit2 (estimated value $179.99). T-Mobile customers who purchased their phone from a T-Mobile Retail Store (including online) or Costco (including online) will have an additional option of a 1 year Netflix subscription (estimated value $120.00) to choose from.
How do I redeem the $20 offer from Samsung Pay?
  1. Download Samsung Pay to your new device, register with your Samsung Account ID, add an eligible credit or debit card and make a qualifying purchase by 8/31/16.
  2. You will get an immediate notification on your phone telling you how to claim your reward.
  3. After accepting the terms, your Samsung Rewards card will be instantly deposited into your wallet and can be used anywhere Visa debit cards in Samsung Pay is accepted.
How do I redeem my gift if I purchased an eligible device from Best Buy?
  1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge between 8/3/16 and 8/28/16 at Best Buy.
  2. Show your receipt to a sales associate in-store and receive your gift.
  3. Online eligible purchases will ship with your free gift.
How do I redeem my gift if I purchased an eligible device from a carrier or retailer other than Best Buy?
  1. Purchase a Samsung Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge between 8/3/16 and 8/28/16; for Verizon customers only, purchase a Samsung Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge between 8/3/16 and 9/5/16 and do the following:
    1. In-Store Purchase: Save your register receipt.
    2. Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone, please save email confirmation of purchase as well as the packing slip received with the device.
    3. If you do not have any proof of purchase, you will need to return to the carrier/retail store and request a proof of purchase that lists which device you purchased as well as purchase date.
  2. Go to SamsungPromotions.com/GalaxyOffer or download the Samsung Pay App on a select Samsung device, fill out the required information, select your gift and upload receipt/proof of purchase.
  3. After your online submission is validated, you will receive your gift in the mail within 12 weeks. For T-Mobile customers who purchased their phone from a T-Mobile Retail Store (including online) or Costco (including online), if you chose to receive 1 year Netflix subscription, you will receive an email within 4 weeks with instructions on how to redeem your subscription. All submissions must meet the Official Terms and Conditions to be approved.
How do I redeem my Netflix Offer (T-Mobile Customers Only)?
For T-Mobile customers who purchased their phone from a T-Mobile Retail Store (including online) or Costco (including online), you will complete your submission as described above and select Netflix as your gift. Upon verification that your submission meets the Official Terms and Conditions and is approved, you will receive an email with a link to redeem your Netflix Offer in just a few easy steps:
  1. Click on the link in the email.
  2. Enter your email address that you registered for the offer with.
  3. You will then be taken to the Netflix site to login to your existing Netflix Account or set up a new Netflix Account.
  4. Your 1 year offer will be applied to your Netflix account.

How does the Netflix Offer work (T-Mobile Customers Only)?
For T-Mobile customers who purchased their phone from a T-Mobile Retail Store (including online) or Costco (including online), you will complete your submission as described above and select Netflix as your gift. Upon verification that your submission meets the Official Terms and Conditions and is approved, you will receive an email with a link to redeem your Netflix Offer in just a few easy steps:
  1. What is the value of this promotional offer?
    This offer is valid for 12 months of the 2 screen standard Netflix plan, a total value of $119.88. Note: The promotion is applied as a monetary amount to your account. If you are on the 1 or 4 screen plan, the promo will be consumed slower or faster than 12 months.
  2. How many Samsung promotional offers can I redeem?
    You can redeem up to four (4) Samsung promotional offers on one Netflix account.
  3. What happens after I have used up my Netflix gift subscription?
    7 days before your promotional offer is depleted, you will receive an email alert from Netflix. If you have a method of payment on file with Netflix, your account will be charged a monthly fee once the value of your promotional offer runs out. If you do not have a method of payment on file, you will be prompted to add one or your account will go into hold status and you will be unable to stream.
  4. I already have an active Netflix account. Am I still able to redeem this promotion?
    Yes, you are eligible to add this promotion to your existing account. Simply choose the “Sign In” option on the Netflix site during redemption. (Note: Customers who are billed for their Netflix account via iTunes or Google Play are not eligible to redeem this promotion.)
  5. I have a Netflix account, but I can’t login.
    If you know the email address you used to sign up for Netflix, visit www.netflix.com/LoginHelp to reset your password.

    If you don't know the email address you used to sign up for Netflix, or believe you may have mistyped it, follow the steps below:
    1. If you still have the approval email sent by Samsung, open it and click on the link provided.
    2. Enter the email address registered with Samsung to be redirected to the Netflix website to complete the account recovery process.
    If you have lost or deleted the approval email sent by Samsung:
    1. Call Samsung at 1-800-SAMSUNG, and tell the agent you have qualified for the Netflix offer but are unable to log in to Netflix.com.
    2. Be prepared to provide your full name, device IMEI, or submission confirmation number so that Samsung can confirm your identity.
    3. Samsung will send an email containing a link that will help you recover the email address you used to register for Netflix.com.
  6. Where can I watch Netflix?
    Netflix is available on many internet-connected devices, such as computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, smartphones, and tablets. For a full list, visit devices.netflix.com.
  7. Can I watch Netflix on more than one device? You can watch Netflix on as many different compatible devices as you want. The Samsung promotional gift lets you stream on 2 different screens, or devices, at one time. If you wish to change your plan to stream on more devices at one time, visit netflix.com/YourAccount. Note: The promotion is applied as a monetary amount to your account. If you upgrade to the 4 screen plan, the promo will be consumed faster than 12 months.
  8. How do I manage my Netflix subscription? You can manage your Netflix account details at netflix.com/YourAccount. For support or more information on Netflix features, visit help.netflix.com.
How do I redeem this offer if it was purchased on behalf of a business entity?
Business Entities participating in this Offer will complete the redemption process as noted above. All qualifying devices’ IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Addresses will need to be entered online. Business Entities participating in the Offer can enter information for up to one hundred (100) qualifying devices per submission. If additional devices (more than 100) were purchased on the same receipt, participants must log back into the Website and upload the same receipt and enter the remaining devices’ IMEI number and Wi-Fi MAC address.
Can I submit for more than one qualifying device?
Yes. If you purchased more than one device in the same transaction, just upload the receipt and enter all IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Addresses of the devices at SamsungPromotions.com/GalaxyOffer. If you purchased more than one device in separate transactions, submit the first receipt with the qualifying devices’ information listed on that receipt and then submit that claim. Then come back to the site, enter your email on the landing page, and submit the next receipt and its qualifying devices’ information.
What information do I need when submitting?
You must have the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address from your qualifying device as well as the receipt in hand in order to fully complete the submission process. Once you enter the qualifying device’s IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address and upload the receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on SamsungPromotions.com/GalaxyOffer to complete your submission.
Where can I find the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address of the qualifying device?
You can find the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address on your phone using this pathway:

SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE7:
  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Scroll to and touch General Management (For Verizon & Sprint: Scroll and touch About Device)
  4. Touch Status and you will see your Wi-Fi MAC Address
  5. Touch IMEI information to see your IMEI. Note: Some devices may show the IMEI number directly in the Status screen.
  6. Your 14 or 15-digit IMEI number will display, along with other IMEI data.
  7. Note: On mobile devices, tap and hold the target text field to copy your IMEI and/or Wi-Fi MAC address.
SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 EDGE:
  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.
  2. Touch Settings
  3. Scroll to and touch About device or About phone. Note: It may be necessary to touch the SYSTEM tab and then touch About device.
  4. Touch Status and you will see your Wi-Fi MAC Address.
  5. Touch IMEI information to see your IMEI. Note: Some devices may show the IMEI number directly in the Status screen.
  6. Your 14 or 15-digit IMEI number will display, along with other IMEI data.
  7. Note: On mobile devices, tap and hold the target text field to copy your IMEI and/or Wi-Fi MAC address.
If I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying device purchase, can I still enter if I have the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address?
No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
What happens if I do not submit my information online by September 21, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET?
You will not be able to submit an offer claim form after 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/21/16 and will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
What do I do if I get an error message “Invalid IMEI” when inputting the IMEI and Wi-Fi MAC Address?
Make sure you have not inverted any digits and that you follow the IMEI/Wi-Fi MAC Address number format as prompted on the submission form and try again. Please note, the IMEI will only contain numbers, the Wi-Fi MAC Address will be alpha-numeric (letters between A-F and numbers) and you may need to remove the “0x” from the HEX MEID at the beginning of the number before entering. If you continue to receive an invalid IMEI/HEX MEID message, your device might not qualify for this program. If you feel your device qualifies and that you are entering the IMEI and/or HEX MEID correctly, you can click on the “Start your appeal” button found on the lightbox or wait 24 hours and try again. If still unsuccessful, contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864).
What happens if I am having problems submitting a claim?
If you feel that you are unable to complete your offer claim form due to an error, please call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) for assistance. Please note that Customer Support inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were received and response timing will vary depending on current inquiry volume.
How can I check the status of my claim?
After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may return to SamsungPromotions.com/GalaxyOffer and click on the link titled “Check your status here.” Follow the instructions to see the status. Please allow at least 10 business days after submitting an offer claim before checking the status.
What do I do if I submitted my information, but I have not received an email confirmation in 5 business days?
  1. Check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com).
  2. Review the submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to the submission status within 10 business days, please complete a form on the Samsung Customer Support page on SamsungPromotions.com/GalaxyOffer.
What do I do if I am rejected?
You will receive an email explaining why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed by October 5, 2016 to be accepted. If you don’t receive this email, please call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) for assistance. Emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com, so please make sure your spam filters are not blocking emails regarding your submission..
Where can I find information on the Gear Fit2 and/or Samsung 256GB microSD card?
Here are some tips for submitting your claim:
  • Check to ensure to that your receipt clearly lists your carrier or retailer as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • When taking a picture, be sure to tap the screen to focus on your receipt before pressing the capture picture button. This will ensure you are not rejected for a blurry receipt image.
  • Before you hit the submit button, check to ensure your receipt clearly shows on your screen and is the correct receipt for the promotion you are entering.
  • Check to ensure that your purchase date is printed and clearly visible on your receipt and it falls within the purchase or lease period as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Check to ensure your purchase / service contract was made with your carrier or retailer as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Check to ensure your phone purchase and model name is clearly listed on your receipt and that your model is eligible for the promotion as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
