Do I have an eligible purchase?
If you are a new HBO NOW customer who purchases an eligible Samsung TV from a participating club store, either in-store or online between April 22, 2016 and December 31, 2017, then you have an eligible purchase.
What is the offer?
Upon verification of the Offer Claim Form (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), the Participant will receive an HBO NOW code (“HBO NOW Code”) with its corresponding expiration date, which may be redeemed for a promotional period of HBO NOW (the “Service”) for the duration set forth in the below chart (each, a “Promotional Period”). See the chart below for the list of eligible TVs and which HBO NOW Code Participant will receive:

When can I expect my HBO NOW code?
If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your code within approximately 2 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 4-6 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission).
When does my HBO NOW code need to be redeemed by?
You must redeem your HBO NOW code within 60 days of receiving it via email, or it will expire.
If I have an existing HBO NOW account, can I participate in this offer?
No, this offer is open only to new HBO NOW subscriptions. Participants must set up a Samsung Account and agree to the terms and conditions associated with such account and provide a valid credit or debit card and must sign up for a new subscription to HBO NOW and agree to all related terms and conditions when redeeming the code.
How do I redeem this offer?
  1. Launch the HBO NOW app on your Samsung Smart TV to begin the sign-up process, and receive a device authentication code.
  2. On your TV, you will be prompted to go to on your phone, tablet or computer to begin the Samsung Checkout process using the device authentication code from your TV. Once authenticated, you will be able to continue the Samsung Checkout process on your TV.
  3. Click on the Redeem Coupon icon, enter the HBO NOW coupon code from your approval email.
  4. The promotional offer will be applied to your HBO NOW subscription.
Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?
There is a limit of one (1) HBO NOW code per person.
I bought the Samsung TV from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?
No, only purchases from a participating retailer are eligible for this offer.
I previously bought a qualifying product from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?
No, only TV purchased between 4/22/16 - 12/31/17 are eligible for this Offer.
What information do I need to submit?
You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on to complete your submission.
Where do I find serial number on my home appliance?

I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying TV purchase; can I still participate?
No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
What happens if I don’t submit my information online by January 31, 2018?
You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my TV?
Please make sure that you have entered all 15 digits.
What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?
If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
How can I check the status of my claim?
After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

How do I get my HBO NOW code?
Codes will be emailed to approved participants at the address submitted when registering for the promotion within approximately 6 – 8 weeks after verification of Offer Claim Form/receipt and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
