Do I have an eligible purchase?
If you purchased a qualifying new Samsung product from a participating retailer all in one transaction valued at a total of $3,000 between September 28, 2016 and October 19, 2016, then you have an eligible purchase (prices refer to actual out-of-pocket pre-tax, post-discount, post-promotional cost of products; delivery and other charges excluded). What is the offer?
Get a $300 Visa® Reward Card when you buy any qualifying kitchen product(s) valued at a total of $3,000 or more in one transaction. Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase at Best Buy or The Home Depot will receive their reward in-store at the time of purchase. The reward will be provided as a $300 discount applied to the amount owed for a Qualifying Purchase at time of checkout (without submitting an Offer Claim Form).
When can I expect my Visa® Reward Card?
If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Visa® Reward Card within approximately 6-8 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 4-6 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission).
When does my Visa® Reward Card need to be used by?
You must use your Visa® Reward Card by October 19, 2017 or it expires.
How do I redeem this offer?
  1. Purchase any new qualifying microwave, range, dishwasher and/or refrigerator totaling a minimum of $3,000 (prices refer to actual out-of-pocket pre-tax, post-discount, post-promotional cost of products; delivery and other charges excluded) from a participating retailer all in one transaction between September 28, 2016 and October 19, 2016.
  2. Save your receipt/proof of purchase:
    1. If you do not have any proof of purchase, please go back to the retailer and request a proof of purchase that lists which appliances you purchased as well as purchase date.
  3. Go to https://samsungpromotions.com/
    homefortheholidays
    and either: (a) fill out the required forms and upload your receipt/proof of purchase online on or before 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/2/16, or (b) complete the Mail-In Offer Claim Form found at the end of the Terms and Conditions and mail it along with your receipt/proof of purchase in a postage-paid envelope (please do not send via Certified Mail) to the address on the form by 11/2/16. All Mail-In Offer Claims must be postmarked by 11/2/16 and received by 11/12/16.
  4. If your submission meets the Official Terms and Conditions requirements you will be sent your Visa® Reward Card within approximately 6-8 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission via email (please allow 4-6 weeks for review of your Offer claim submission from time of claim submission).
  5. To redeem Rewards, a Participant must visit https://codes.omnicard.com/ and follow the instructions to register their Reward. After a Reward is registered, it is valid until October 19, 2017 and may be applied to existing or newly-formed accounts.
  6. Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase at BestBuy or The Home Depot will receive their reward in-store at the time of purchase. The reward will provided as a $300 discount applied to the amount owed for a Qualifying Purchase at time of checkout (without submitting an Offer Claim Form).
Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?
There is a limit of one (1) reward per household. Each household must purchase one or more qualifying product in one single transaction and meet the purchasing qualifications.
I bought the Samsung Home Appliance Package from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?
No, only purchases from a participating Retailer are eligible for this offer.
I previously bought a qualifying product in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?
No, only home appliances purchased between 9/28/16 - 10/19/16 are eligible for this Offer.
What information do I need to submit?
You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/

Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?
Each home appliance purchased should feature a serial number on it.
I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?
No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
What happens if I don’t submit my information online by November 2, 2016?
You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?
Please make sure that you have entered all 15 digits.
What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?
If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
How can I check the status of my claim?
After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/
info/checkstatus
to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?
  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)
  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
What is my course of action if I am rejected?
You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on November 16, 2016. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
How do I get my Visa® Reward Card?
Visa® Reward Cards will be mailed to approved participants at the address submitted when registering for the promotion within approximately 6 - 8 weeks after verification of Offer Claim Form/receipt and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
