Who are the participating retailers for this Offer?
This is a national offer where most retailers are participating. However, Conn’s NAVY NEXCOM, hhgregg, RC Willey and Best Buy retailers will be providing participants the R3 Radiant 360 Speaker in -store at the time of purchase. If you make a qualifying purchase at Lowes, please see your sales associate for details.
Do I have an eligible purchase?
If you purchased a new Family Hub Refrigerator at a participating retailer between July13, 2016 and August 23, 2016 then you have an eligible purchase.
What is the offer?
Get a Radiant 360 R3 Wi Fi Bluetooth Speaker awarded in the form of a coupon code redeemable at www.Samsung.com only for the Radiant360 R3 Speaker (a total value of $249) when you buy a Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator from a participating retailer.
When can I expect my Bluetooth speaker?
If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent a Coupon code to redeem your Bluetooth speaker within approximately 6-8 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 4-6 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission).
When does my Coupon code need to be used by?
Coupon code must be used within 60 days of receipt or it will expire.
How do I redeem this offer?
  1. Purchase a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator (SKU RF22K9581SG/AA, RF22K9581SR/AA, RF28K9580SG/AA, or RF28K9580SR/AA) (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the Purchase Period from July 13 and August 23, 2016 from a participating retailer.
  2. Submit an Offer Claim Form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-In):
    1. Online: Visit http://promos.samsungpromotions.com/
      hub360radiant
      (“Website”) and complete the following steps:
      1. Enter the requested information on the official Offer Claim Form, which includes, but is not limited to: Participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or e-mail address after submitting. Note: Participant’s full name on the official Offer Claim Form must match the name on the valid original register receipt submitted.
      2. Enter the date of the Qualifying Purchase (must be during the Purchase Period).
      3. Enter the Qualifying Purchase serial number (located on the back of the appliance).
      4. Submit his/her original register receipt on the Website documenting the Qualifying Purchase by following the on-screen prompts to upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. It is recommended that Participant first print his/her complete name on the original register receipt, sign and date the receipt, and circle the Qualifying Purchase on the receipt, before uploading the receipt. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or .GIF, format and may not exceed 8 MB. Complete and valid Offer Claim Forms must be submitted during the Redemption Period and in no event later than 11:59:59 PM ET on September 23, 2016.
    2. Mail-In: Participants must legibly and fully complete the Offer Claim Form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Family Hub Summer Entertainment Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). It is recommended that Participant circle the Qualifying Purchase on the receipt. The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by September 23, 2016 and received by October 3, 2016.
Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?
There is a limit of one (1) transaction per household. Each household must purchase one new Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator and meet the purchasing qualifications.
I bought the Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?
No, only purchases from a participating retailer are eligible for this offer.
I previously bought a new Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?
No, only home appliances purchased between 7/13/16 - 8/23/16 are eligible for this Offer.
What information do I need to submit?
You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/hub360radiant to complete your submission.
Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?
Each home appliance purchased should feature a serial number on it.
I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?
No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
What happens if I don’t submit my information online by September 23, 2016?
You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?
Please make sure that you have entered all 15 digits.
What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?
If you feel that you are unable to complete your offer claim form due to an error, please call
1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) for assistance. Please note that customer service inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were received and response timing will vary depending on current inquiry volume.
How can I check the status of my claim?
After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/
info/checkstatus
to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?
  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com).
  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) for assistance. Emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com so please make sure your spam filters are not blocking emails about your submission.
What is my course of action if I am rejected?
You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed within 30 days from the date the rejection email was sent. If you don’t receive this email, call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) for assistance. Emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com so please make sure your spam filters are not blocking emails about your submission.
How do I get my Bluetooth Speaker?
A Coupon code to redeem Bluetooth speaker will be mailed to approved Participants at the address submitted when registering for the promotion within approximately 6-8 weeks after verification of Offer Claim Form/receipt and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
