Who is eligible to participate in the Get Fit with Samsung Offer?

Any US/DC/PR/USVI resident who is at least 18 years of age who purchased an eligible Samsung Galaxy device and/or connected wearable during their carrier’s specified purchase period. No other Samsung products are eligible for this promotion. For additional details, see Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.

I bought a different Samsung product. Am I eligible for this offer?

No, only the purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy device and/or connected wearable qualifies.

Can I also register my purchase for another Samsung offer?

Yes, you can combine this offer with other carrier, retailer, and Samsung offers.

What will I receive with my eligible purchase in this offer?

Upon approval, you will receive 20,000 Samsung Rewards points ($100 estimated value) to use toward a featured health membership of your choice: Aaptiv, Lifesum, or Headspace. Supplies are limited. Terms and Conditions apply.

When will I receive my Samsung Rewards points?

After your registration is approved, your 20,000 Samsung Rewards points will automatically be applied to your Samsung Account.

How will I know if I get the Samsung Rewards points?

Your points will be added to your Samsung Account. If you do not receive your points, please contact customercare@helloworldfulfilllment.com.

How do I find my Samsung Account email (ID)?

You can find your Samsung account ID on your device or computer browser. The email address you used when you created your Samsung account is your username (account ID).

  1. On your device, tap SETTINGS > [General tab] > [Accounts] > Samsung account > [Account settings] > Profile > Forgot your ID or password?
    Note: The steps to access account information may vary slightly depending upon your device type and software version; some of the steps may not be necessary, as indicated by [brackets].
  2. Tap the FIND ID tab and fill out your first and last name and date of birth, where indicated. Tap CONFIRM once complete.
    Note: The birthdate order is Day, Month, and Year. Make sure you enter the information correctly.
  3. The response will take a moment to load. If an email address matching the information you entered is found, the first three letters of the email address(es) and the complete domain are displayed. For example, sam****@gmail.com or sam****@msn.com.

I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?

We are unable to change registration information once it has been submitted.

How do I register for this offer if I purchased an eligible Samsung Galaxy smartphone?

  1. Download and install the Shop Samsung app on your eligible Samsung Galaxy smartphone from the Google Play store.
  2. Open the Shop Samsung app, tap the “Menu Icon” on top left > select “My Inbox” > Get Fit with Samsung Offer.
  3. Tap ALLOW when prompted to allow Shop Samsung to make and manage phone calls and access your contacts.
  4. Tap REGISTER NOW for the Get Fit with Samsung Offer.
  5. Tap OK when prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account to redeem the offer.
  6. If you are not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, you will be prompted to sign in. Otherwise, you will be automatically signed in to your Samsung Account on the Shop Samsung app.
  7. Fill out the required information, and if prompted, upload receipt/proof of purchase by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 7, 2019.

How do I register for this offer if I purchased an eligible Samsung wearable?

  1. Purchase any eligible Samsung Galaxy product in-store or online from a participating carrier between your carrier’s specified purchase period ("Qualifying Purchase") and save your receipt.
  2. During your carrier’s specified registration period, visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/getfitwithsamsung to access the online registration form.
  3. Complete and submit the Offer registration form. Create or login to a Samsung Account. 
    Note: You will not be allowed to change the mailing address or email address after submitting.
  4. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase(s) and upload a photograph of the original register receipt(s) showing the Qualifying purchase(s) by March 7, 2019.

How do I redeem my Samsung Rewards points for my content of choice?

  1. Once your registration is approved, your 20,000 Samsung Rewards points ($100 estimated value) will automatically be applied to your Samsung Account.
  2. Download and sign up for or log in to the Samsung Pay app, using the same email address used during registration, to redeem your Samsung Rewards points. Samsung Rewards points and gifts must be redeemed by May 7, 2019.
  3. Once logged in to the Samsung Pay app, navigate to Samsung Rewards by tapping REWARDS within the Samsung Pay menu at the bottom of your screen.
  4. From the Samsung Rewards page, tap REDEEM POINTS, located in the upper right corner of your screen, to view the catalog options.
  5. Tap FEATURED REWARDS within the Samsung Rewards catalog to browse featured health memberships for Aaptiv, Lifesum, and Headspace and select one to redeem.

How do I register if I purchased more than five (5) smartphones?

If you purchased multiple smartphones, you will need to register each device individually through the Shop Samsung app. After registering the first device, tap REGISTER ANOTHER DEVICE to continue registering your next smartphone.

The Shop Samsung app asks me for permission to make and manage phone calls. Why does Shop Samsung need access to this information?

Shop Samsung requires this Android permission to check your device IMEI for eligibility. Shop Samsung will not access your contacts or address book.

The Shop Samsung app asks me for permission to access my contacts when I tap the Register Now button on the promotion. Why does Shop Samsung need access to this information?

Shop Samsung requires this Android permission to access your Samsung Account to log you in automatically. Shop Samsung will not access your contacts or address book.

Can someone else register my offer claim on my behalf?

No, you must register your own offer claim. Rules specify that you may not have a third-party representative register on your behalf.

What kind of proof of purchase will I need to provide to redeem this offer?

If you’ve purchased an eligible Samsung Galaxy smartphone and/or connected wearable during your carrier’s specified purchase period, you may not need to provide any additional proof of purchase. If prompted to provide proof of purchase, you can use:
  1. In-Store Purchase: Save your register receipt.
  2. Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone, please save email confirmation of purchase as well as the packing slip received with the device.
  3. If you do not have any proof of purchase, you will need to return to the carrier/seller store and request a proof of purchase that lists which device you purchased as well as its purchase date.

What happens if I purchased my eligible Samsung Galaxy product on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app?

If you purchased your product on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app, you will receive your gift with purchase as part of the check-out process. Once your purchase has been verified, you will receive your Samsung Rewards points.

Can I register a claim on each qualifying device using the same Samsung Account?

Yes, you are able to use the same Samsung Account to register a claim on each qualifying device.

How do I redeem this offer if it was purchased on behalf of a business?

For 10 or more devices, please contact samsungpromotions@sea.samsung.com to obtain a registration form.

What information do I need when registering my claim?

You must have your qualifying device(s) as well as the receipt(s) in hand (if prompted) to fully complete the registration process.

If I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying device purchase, can I still participate in this offer?

If registering for the promotion via an eligible Samsung Galaxy device, you may not need a receipt/proof of purchase to participate. If prompted, you will need to provide proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt/proof of purchase, please see your retailer and request a new receipt listing your eligible Samsung Galaxy device and the date you purchased it.

Am I able to submit an Offer Claim Form if I purchased a Samsung Galaxy device on Samsung.com or the Shop App, but opted out of selecting a gift at checkout?

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to submit an Offer Claim Form in this case. Your gift must be selected at checkout to obtain your gift. For additional details, see Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.

When is the latest I can enter my information in the Shop Samsung app to take advantage of this offer?

You will not be able to register for this offer after March 7, 2019, and will no longer be eligible for the offer after that time.

What happens if I am having general problems with my claim registration?

To receive help with your registration, you can engage in a Chat conversation by tapping the chat icon at the top right of your screen or you can contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503 for further assistance.

What do I do if I registered my information, but I have not received an email or app confirmation within 24 hours?

  1. From the app, you can check your registration status from Menu > My Inbox or online here.
  2. Check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com or noreply2@samsungpromotions.com).
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your registration status within 48 hours, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What do I do if I am rejected?

You will receive an email explaining why your claim registration was rejected along with the steps to resubmit. You cannot resubmit an offer claim form more than one (1) time. Resubmissions must be completed by March 14, 2019. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What can I do if I receive a networking error when uploading my receipt in the Shop Samsung app?

Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB. Please check your file size and try uploading your receipt again.

Where should I go if I need to resubmit my claim?

If your claim has been rejected, you can resubmit your claim with receipt/proof of purchase from the link sent in the email you have received. You can check your registration status in the app from Menu > My Promotions or online here.

What should I do if I’m taking a picture of my receipt but the picture comes out blurry?

Please try to take the picture in good lighting and ensure receipt/confirmation date and qualifying device name are clearly readable. Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB.

How long will it be before I can see a status update after submitting a claim?

Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting for your registration status to be available using the email address you registered with for the offer.
