Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased a suite of three (3) or more Samsung products from eligible categories (Samsung Chef Collection, Countertop Microwaves, Pedestals, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible) in the same transaction then you may have an eligible purchase. Eligible categories include: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Ranges, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, or Range Hoods. Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 2, 2020 and March 4, 2020. Purchases from BrandsMart can be made starting December 27, 2019. Purchases made from Best Buy, Costco, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Conn’s, P.C. Richard & Son, and Sam’s Club are not eligible for this offer.

What is the offer?

Purchase a suite of three (3) or more Samsung products from eligible categories (Samsung Chef Collection, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible) in the same transaction that include products from three (3) or more different product categories: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Ranges, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, or Range Hoods (Samsung Chef Collection, Countertop Microwaves, Pedestals, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible) (see Appendix in the Terms and Conditions for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard® in the amount of 10% of the pre-tax purchase price, plus an additional $157 off the pre-tax purchase price if you purchase one of the 4-piece package combinations listed at the end of these terms* (after submitting valid offer claim as described below), while supplies last. All purchases must occur in the same transaction, be on the same receipt, and include products from three (3) or more different product categories (“Qualifying Purchase”). Limited quantity of Mastercard Prepaid Cards available; Offer only valid while supplies last. Samsung Chef Collection, Countertop Microwaves, Pedestals, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible. Offer limited to one (1) claim per household. This offer is not valid on purchases made from Best Buy, Costco, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Conn’s, P.C. Richard & Son, and Sam’s Club.

When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard®?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.

How do I redeem this offer?

  1. Purchase a suite of three (3) or more Samsung products from eligible categories (Samsung Chef Collection, Countertop Microwaves, Pedestals, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible) in the same transaction that include products from three (3) or more different categories: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Ranges, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, or Range Hoods from a participating retailer in-store or online between January 2, 2020 and March 4, 2020 and save your receipt. Purchases from BrandsMart can be made starting December 27, 2019. Samsung Chef Collection, Countertop Microwaves, Pedestals, Vacuums, and all accessories are not eligible.   2. Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):
    1. Online:
      1. Visit samsungpromotions.com/HomeRefreshAppliancePackage (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.
      2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form by June 2, 2020 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
      3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.
    2. Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Home Appliance Home Refresh Kitchen Package Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by June 2, 2020 and received by June 12, 2020.

Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.

I bought the Samsung Appliance Products from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?

No, purchases from Best Buy, Costco, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Conn’s, P.C. Richard & Son, and Sam's Club are not eligible.

I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only home appliances purchased between January 2, 2020 and March 4, 2020 are eligible for this offer. Appliances purchased from BrandsMart beginning December 27, 2019 are eligible for this offer.

What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/HomeRefreshAppliancePackage to complete your submission.

Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Samsung customer service at 1-866-888-5503.

I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.

What happens if I don’t submit my information online by June 2, 2020?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.

What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.

What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/info/checkstatus to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.

I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)
  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on June 19, 2020. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
