How do I register for this offer if I purchased a Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+, and select accessories?
- Purchase a qualifying Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+ device, and select Samsung-branded accessories (“Qualifying Purchase”) from participating T-Mobile retailer (in store or online) between 5/24/2019 and 6/18/2019 and save your receipt.
Submit an Offer claim form online, following the steps below:
- Visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/TMobileAccessoriesOffer to access the online Offer claim form.
- Complete and submit the Offer claim form by 7/2/2019 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, and telephone number. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
- Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, or GIF format and may not exceed 12MB.

- In-Store Purchase: Save your receipt.
- Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone and select accessories, please save email confirmation of purchase as well as the packing slip received with the device.
- If you do not have any proof of purchase, you will need to return to the T-Mobile store and request a proof of purchase that lists which device and accessories you purchased as well as its purchase date.
