How do I register for this offer if I purchased an eligible Samsung Galaxy device?
- Download and install the Shop Samsung app on your eligible Samsung Galaxy from the Google Play store.
- Open the Shop Samsung app, tap the “Menu Icon” on top left > select “My Inbox” > tap SEE IF I’M ELIGIBLE for the Galaxy T-Mobile Game Bundle Offer.
- Tap ALLOW when prompted to allow Shop Samsung to make and manage phone calls and access your contacts.
Tap SETTINGS and go to “Ads” and confirm the “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting is turned off. Please make sure your settings appear the same as the screenshot below.
- Tap REGISTER NOW for the Galaxy T-Mobile Game Bundle Offer.
- Tap OK when prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account to redeem the offer.
- If you are not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, you will be prompted to sign in. Otherwise, you will be automatically signed in to your Samsung Account on the Shop Samsung app.
- Fill out the required information, and if prompted, upload receipt/proof of purchase by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 14, 2019.
How do I redeem my in-game credits?
- After your registration is approved, you can redeem your in-game credits from the Shop Samsung app by tapping the “Menu Icon” on top left > select “My Inbox” > tap VIEW MY STATUS for the Galaxy T-Mobile Game Bundle Offer > select “View Games” or visit samsungpromotions.com/TMOGamingBundle/Redeem directly on your eligible Samsung Galaxy device.
- Once you reach the page, start to download your selected Galaxy Store games. Please make sure you are installing the latest version of the game from the Galaxy Store.
- To ensure credits are allocated appropriately, please allow up to 24 hours for your in-game credits to appear in your account and relaunch the gaming app if previously opened or installed.

- Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone, please save email confirmation of purchase as well as the packing slip received with the device.
- If you do not have any proof of purchase, you will need to return to the participating retailer and request a proof of purchase that lists which device you purchased as well as its purchase date.
